Once you sign and confirm the proposal, we send the invoice for the 50% deposit to lock in your slot on our production calendar and initiate development.

Once your proposal is signed and your 50% deposit is received, development begins on a private staging environment. We build your site page by page, creating your page structure and integrating the features your business needs. We provide you with staging access so you can check in on progress whenever you like.

Using your private staging access, you test form routing, review layouts across mobile and desktop devices, and evaluate your active functional workflows. Final Balance & Domain Migration
Upon your final staging approval and payment of the final 50% balance, we execute the technical migration to your live domain. If you enroll in a Care Plan, we deploy and renew our agency premium licenses and handle ongoing vendor update audits for your site. If you prefer to manage licenses independently or stick to standard plugin features, we build your platform to match your exact setup—so your live site functions smoothly from day one.

Asset Collection Window (14 Days)
Your project officially begins once your proposal is signed and your deposit is received. From that date, you'll have 14 calendar days to share your page text, brand assets, and legal page content such as your Privacy Policy, along with any integration details we need. While we wait, our team gets to work building your page structure and integrating features based on your requirements — progressing as far as possible until your final assets arrive.
Centralized Feedback Tracking
To protect design accuracy and maintain a clear technical record for every development decision, all official revision requests are submitted exclusively via email ( contact@tekrawab.com ).
Maintained Production Momentum
If required assets are delayed, your project remains active without any additional fees for the first 30 calendar days from your start date. If assets are not received by Day 30, your project isn't lost. We cleanly pause and preserve your build in our internal staging archive for up to 90 additional days—giving you total flexibility to resume anytime within that 90-day window, for a flat $150 reactivation fee.

What if my team needs time beyond the initial 14 days to prepare our content assets?
If your content preparation requires time beyond the initial 14 days, your project automatically enters a 16-day grace period—keeping your build completely active for up to 30 total calendar days from your start date without any extra fees.
To keep development moving seamlessly during these first 30 days, our team works to build your page structure and integrate features as per your requirements until your final assets arrive.
If final assets are not received within the 30-day active window, your build is cleanly paused and placed into our internal staging archive to protect active agency production schedules. From this pause date, you enter a 90-day archive window where your site files remain safely preserved, and you can reactivate your project slot at any time within that 90-day window for a flat $150 fee.
If a project remains archived beyond the 90-day pause period (reaching 120 total calendar days from your initial start date), the project is permanently closed and archived files are securely removed to free server resources. As outlined in our Terms of Service, initial 50% deposits are non-refundable, as they cover your reserved production slot and the initial planning and page structure work already completed.

What happens right after my website launches?
Upon live deployment, your project enters a complimentary 30-Day Launch & Deployment Warranty window to cover swift calibration of minor integration or layout adjustments following migration. You also receive a dashboard video walkthrough guide showing you how to navigate your backend, update text content, and view form submissions independently.
When do the 30-Day Warranty and Care Plan start, and how do they connect?
On the day your site launches, both the 30-Day Warranty and your Care Plan begin. The 30-Day Warranty is included with every build and covers post-launch stabilization at no extra cost.
Your Care Plan path is confirmed during the proposal phase, so if you’ve enrolled, it activates automatically alongside the warranty. Once the 30-day warranty window ends, your Care Plan continues maintaining site stability, updates, and license renewals. If you didn’t enroll in a Care Plan, that upkeep becomes yours to manage.
