- Contact & Project Request Data:
When you submit our concept preview request form, we collect your full name, email address, industry type, whether you currently have a website, your website URL (if applicable), logo file link and primary brand colors (if you do not yet have a website), your biggest frustration with your current setup, desired go-live timeframe, rough budget range, and any additional details you choose to share in the “Anything else we should know?” field. - Onboarding & Client Website Data:
During active projects, clients may also provide additional business information (such as phone numbers, service details, or team bios) to be displayed or integrated on their websites. We process this information strictly to deliver the agreed services. - Communications & Consent Logs:
Any messages or onboarding files you choose to share with us. When you submit forms, including consent checkboxes, your submission is recorded with a timestamp, which serves as a record of your consent. During project onboarding, you may also share access details such as hosting or CMS credentials if needed for project work.

- Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device operating system, pages visited, duration, and referring URLs.
- Analytics & Trackers: We use analytical tools, including Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), to evaluate aggregate site performance, navigation patterns, and user experience.
